We Got Our Area Book!

We just got our area book yesterday, and so we have a couple calls and 1 meeting set up for Saturday  It's been really slow, but that was kind of expected. Whenever we go to Lake Charles we connect with Ludtke and Rodriguez we do role plays with them and stuff like that. We only have 1 new contact this week because we can't proselyte or anything. We visited formers with Hunter and Hartshrom this week tho and I got to hand out 2 book of mormons AND get yelled at so those were super awesome moments of the week. Also we contacted a referral last night who had a question. The question was "why can I feel every pain Jesus felt when I read about his crucifixion". She was being literal hahahah. Me and Rivera didn't even know what to say, so we asked some questions about it and she got frustrated and hung up Hahaha. Super funny. We had basically 3 dinners like 2 days ago and I've never force fed myself so hard. I nearly threw up just from laughing I was so full. This week was more eventful then last but it was still kinda slow.

Baptism Date!

We've been grinding super hard here in Lake Charles! We put Nain on date for April 17th which is super sweet! AND we got 2 new people this past week. 1 was a person I came into contact with through facebook, and the other was a cool story. Were not allowed to street contact or proselyte, but we can knock on grey dots doors(area book equivalent to a not interested or too busy person). So we went to go have a lesson with one of our investigators, but the lesson fell through, and we had a lesson with another investigator like 50 minutes after. So we couldn't go home, but we didn't know what to do with the time, so I looked up the nearest grey dots and said we'd go there. The grey dot was a person named Maria who requested a Book of Mormon drop off, but after that she would just hang the phone up on us when we tried to ask if she got it or read it or anything. Anyways, we go knock on this person's door, and someone named Juan Carlo answers and says he's never heard ...

Sorry I have been super busy today...and everyday.  There is so much things to be in charge of all the time haha!  We get to go to the temple tomorrow.  We are the first zone to go.  I freaking love God haha!
